As their portfolio grows, they are now seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson / Technician to join their tight-knit team on a contract basis. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to high-quality multi-residential projects in a studio that values design integrity and detail at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed documentation packages for a suite of bespoke multi-residential projects

Develop construction documentation for permits and tender using Revit

Collaborate closely with the project team and directors to uphold design quality

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities as needed

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in drafting or Master of Architecture

Advanced Revit proficiency essential

Strong technical understanding of residential construction, BCA/NCC compliance

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar technical drafting role

Experience with medium-density or private residential architecture highly regarded

Clear communicator with an ability to work autonomously
