About the Role

As an Outbound Telemarketing Officer, you will play a key role in generating quality leads and securing appointments for our clients. You’ll be responsible for outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and presenting relevant products and services effectively. Success in this role means exceeding lead targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and refining outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and book appointments

Engage with prospects to understand their business needs

Overcome objections and negotiate to close sales

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to exceed targets

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach

Provide feedback on call scripts and market trends

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and telemarketing best practices

What You Need to Succeed

3+ years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing

Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

High energy, motivation, and results-driven mindset

Ability to adapt to different industries and client needs

Multilingual skills (highly regarded)
