Payroll Transformation Specialist – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
An opportunity exists for a skilled Payroll Transformation Specialist to contribute to significant transformation initiatives within a complex, multi-entity payroll environment. This role focuses on implementing Enterprise Agreements, enhancing rostering systems, and driving payroll system changes aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current and future payroll processes and system states.
• Document implementation methodologies for payroll system changes in line with Enterprise Agreements and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality design artefacts capturing system and business process interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues, providing solutions within existing system constraints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and support testing and change management.
• Contribute to the broader payroll transformation program by aligning system configurations and managing interdependencies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and system compliance.
• Experience with enterprise payroll platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, Oracle HCM, or E-Business Suite).
• Previous involvement in payroll implementation or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of payroll risk points and systems architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Desirable Qualifications:
