Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for training, engagement, and empowering others to succeed? Do you bring deep knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry? A rapidly growing FinTech is seeking a Broker Engagement Manager to act as the vital bridge between brokers and an innovative digital platform transforming the lending landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the face of our broker network, you’ll:

Lead broker onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the platform

Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers, helping them get the most out of the technology

Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) on product features, industry trends, and best practices

Partner with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to connect with new and aspiring brokers

Coordinate and host webinars, events, and education campaigns that drive engagement

Gather broker feedback to contribute to platform improvements and ensure user satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful training materials and resources

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience in the Australian mortgage or finance industry (e.g., broker, BDM, or aggregator side) and / or Training

Strong understanding of lending processes, compliance, and broker needs

Excellent communication and presentation skills – you're confident in front of a crowd and one-on-one

A proven ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with stakeholders

Tech-savvy, with the ability to clearly explain and demo digital platforms

Proactive, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
