Due to their continued growth and expansion they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their business and assist in leading a core team of staff.

The Role

With dual reporting lines into the Senior Manager and Director of Finance, you will:

• Lead a team of 3 experienced staff, ensuring timely and high-calibre reporting.
• Own the forecasting of revenue pipeline, providing in-depth analysis of variances in Monthly and Annual reports.
• Provide key insights to drive commercial success.
• Partner with Team Leads to oversee critical Work in Progress accounting including Revenue Recognition, project billing milestones and policy alignment.
• Support broader strategic objectives and lead ad hoc initiatives alongside senior leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position you should have:

• CA/CPA qualification or Equivalent international certification.
• Proven experience in people management and leading a small team of more junior staff - this is essential for success in this position.
• Demonstrated expertise in Revenue accounting, Work in Progress and Receivables management is also essential.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage forecasting processes, drive commercial insights and comprehensive analysis.
• High-level communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse Stakeholder and Client relationships.
