Wanslea is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Program Facilitator to support delivery, facilitation and evaluation of the new Rise and Thrive youth program. This is a rare opportunity to work with a dynamic team to support young people aged 13 – 17 who have experience domestic violence.

About you
You hold a Certificate in Youth Work or a relevant human services qualification, or have equivalent experience working with children and young people. You possess knowledge of the impacts of abuse and trauma, particularly within Aboriginal communities, and have experience supporting youth in alternative education pathways. Your background includes providing administrative or practical support to community programs, addressing challenging behaviours, and maintaining confidentiality in a culturally secure manner.
Required Compliance Documents:
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Work eligibility within Australia
