This is a Tier 2 developer-builder with a solid name in the industry. They've been around a long time and are known for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects. They've got a strong pipeline ahead and are backed by a team that values structure, delivery, and good culture on site.

The Role

They’ve just picked up a major mixed-use tower project valued at over $200M and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to run it. The build is high-rise residential and will be delivered over a two-year program.

You’ll report to the Project Manager and be responsible for day-to-day site operations — managing trades, driving program, safety, and ensuring quality is where it needs to be. It’s a technically challenging project, so you’ll need to be confident taking the lead from early works through to handover.

What You’ll Need

• Trade background (ideally Carpentry)
• Experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally $100M+
• Strong background in residential or mixed-use construction
• Confident with program management, BCA, ITPs, and site systems
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Able to drive quality, safety, and performance on site
