About the Opportunity: As a Senior OT, you’ll deliver life-changing, community-based services to a diverse caseload of clients. From NDIS participants to private clients and those under NSW’s Motor Accident and Workers Compensation schemes, every day will bring meaningful, impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, client-centred OT services in home and community environments
• Conduct thorough functional assessments and therapy interventions
• Complete high-quality independent assessments and clinical reports
• Prescribe, assess, and script assistive technologies and home modifications
• Collaborate with families, case managers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
• Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team
• Help shape and refine best practices across the service

Who We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years' experience (community, NDIS, or insurance highly regarded)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing skills
• A client-first, ethical, and empathetic mindset
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
