Senior Occupational Therapist – Merrylands/Parramatta

As AHP grows and evolves, we’re seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Merrylands/Parramatta area—someone who is not only clinically capable but also passionate about mentoring and supporting fellow therapists.

The Role

• Deliver client-centred occupational therapy services in home, community, or aged care settings
• Lead by example in delivering evidence-based care and positive outcomes
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early-career therapists
• Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, supportive team

Who You Are

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• Confident in your clinical skills and committed to best practice
• Passionate about supporting and developing others in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Experienced in (or strongly familiar with) NDIS, aged care, or community health
• Motivated by impact, outcomes, and continuous improvement
