About the role

Therapy Point Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147. This is a full-time role; however, we also consider part-time and contract positions. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for clients
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities
• Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapy staff as required

What we're looking for

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in paediatric
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

• The clinic room is fully resourced and furnished.
• Flexible working hours and opportunities to work 4 days a week for full time position.

• Realistic caseloads based on experience.
• Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Senior Occupational Therapist: $105,000 - $120,000 + Super
• Occupational Therapist: $100,000 and super
• Signing bonus: $2500
• Continuous Professional Development will be provided by the company ($2000 per year) for fulltime position and $1000 for part time position.
• Performance bonus

Contract

Flexible working hours/choose your own hours- Mostly clinic based paediatric clients and complete admin support

$120-$140 per hour depending on experience and signing bonus: $2500
