Join Churches of Christ as an Administration Officer in our Children, Youth & Families (CYF) team in Bundaberg.

What You’ll Do

As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our CYF team—providing essential administrative support that helps our frontline staff deliver life-changing services. You’ll manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising correspondence, reports, and financial records
  • Managing rosters, travel bookings, and client billing
  • Maintaining secure and accurate records and files
  • Supporting staff scheduling and timesheet validation
  • Responding to client enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Promoting culturally inclusive practices and supporting the Sanctuary Model of Care

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team player who brings both heart and skill to their work.

You’ll bring:

  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration or clerical roles
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current driver’s licence, National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card), Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) - or the ability to obtain.
