Civil Safety is a fast-expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) working across QLD. We specialise in providing both training and safety advisory services to the mining, civil, oil and gas sectors.
In your new role you will;
Support our students, client companies and trainers by:
Ensure the smooth running of the training facility, manage the training calendar and provide excellent client support
Be one of the friendly and welcoming first points of contact, face to face, phone calls and emails.
Provide administration support for the training facility and setting up training sessions.
Enter data into our learning management systems and keep all records in order.
Bring together all elements required for trainers including hiring of machinery, high risk portal access and scheduling of trainers
You have;
Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.
Advanced computer skills for use of educational platforms, MS Office and google drive
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
A strong sense of team play and strong work ethic
