Our client based in Geebung is on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service / Administration Officer for an IMMEDIATE start.

They have experienced recent growth over the last 12 months hence them needing another team member to help service their customer base which extends to quite a number of small to large companies.

Working as part of a small team, you will enjoy the mix of phone and email duties. in addition to organising freight and bookings .

Your Responsibilities

Managing phone/email enquiries and order taking

Data entry of orders and customer follow ups

Building existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-up

Assisting customers with product knowledge and information

Other general administration duties

Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Internet and Simpro software

Enthusiastic and helpful nature

Reliable and trustworthy

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team

Current drivers’ licence

This is an established business with a stable workforce offering a temp to permanent full-time position with generous remuneration for the right applicant

Hours are:

Mon-Fri - 8.30-5.00pm (early knock offs Friday's)

Must be a Permanent Resident as this role will become permanent for the right candidate.
