About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our team at Tiles for Design in Warana, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering a position every Saturday and Monday , with growth of the business and school holidays more shifts will be available . As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality tile products.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with and assist customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect tile products

Demonstrate and showcase tile samples to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing showroom to showcase our tile range

Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences

Support the wider sales team as needed to achieve sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Enthusiasm for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetic detail

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Willingness to learn and develop your sales skills
