About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Roses Only team as a Casual Inbound Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through high-quality interactions with our valued customers over the phone. This is a casual position where you will be working remotely, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a passionate team in a fast-paced environment (you may be able to use your own computer hardware at home however if not suitable, this can be provided).

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service to inbound callers

Process customer orders and answer product-related enquiries

Actively promote Roses Only's product range and services to drive sales

Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers to enhance their experience

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in a call centre or retail environment

A love of flowers and gifting

Confident in their ability to hit set KPIs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Familiarity with using computer systems and technology to process orders and access customer information

A friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including evenings and weekends as required (6am - 6pm Monday - Friday & Saturdays 7am - 2pm)
