About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Support to join our team at Steve Jones Hardware and Landscaper Super Centre in Everton Hills, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our in-store and online customers

Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and completing sales transactions

Maintaining a clean and organised retail environment

Restocking shelves, product in yard and ensuring product availability

Providing support to the sales and yard team as needed (this can be a physical job and fast paced!)

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Enthusiastic and driven, with a passion for providing excellent customer experiences

Knowledge of hardware, landscaping, or DIY products would be an advantage
