We’re Indi Creative, a high-performing digital marketing agency doing things differently. Based in South Windsor, we’re looking for a confident Marketing Manager who’s keen to build strong client relationships, lead strategy, and manage Google Ads accounts that actually drive results.

You’ll be trained on our systems and methods – we don’t expect you to know it all on day one, just bring energy, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and building Google Ads campaigns across various industries

Communicating directly with clients – updates, results, strategy calls

Overseeing client campaign performance and making regular optimisations

Working alongside our tight-knit team in a supportive and upbeat office

Helping shape smarter strategies that actually convert

Who You Are:

Strong communicator – confident chatting with clients over the phone or Zoom

Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your accounts

Keen to learn – full training provided on our systems and Google Ads setup

Bonus if you’ve worked in digital marketing or Google Ads before, but not essential

Must be able to work from our South Windsor office
