An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing and Content Manager to join a growing organisation in the health & fitness industry. This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative professional who is passionate about content, community engagement, and driving brand awareness across digital platforms.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, increasing online engagement, and supporting promotional efforts for key events and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-quality content across digital channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and multimedia assets
- Lead the planning and execution of social media strategies to grow audience reach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative campaigns that align with brand values and strategic goals
- Optimise content for SEO and monitor performance analytics to drive improvements and return on investment
- Produce promotional materials to support ticketed events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all content and communications
- Coordinate with external creatives, including designers, photographers, and videographers, to deliver visually compelling content
- Support co-branded marketing initiatives with sponsors, influencers, and industry partners
About You

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation and digital marketing, ideally within the health, fitness, or lifestyle industries
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with demonstrated experience creating multi-channel content
- Proficiency with social media management platforms, CMS tools, and digital analytics
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics and content optimisation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across stakeholders and teams
- A personal interest in health, fitness, or adventure is highly regarded
- Experience with basic graphic design or multimedia production is advantageous
