Hospitality Retail Manager – Southern Gold Coast, QLD
Full-Time Permanent | 38 Hours/Week | $73,000–$78,000 + Super

We are seeking two motivated and experienced Retail Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of well established hospitality venues:

Woodside Pizza, a locally loved pizzeria offering delicious gourmet pizzas with generous toppings and bold flavours. Formerly known as Speedy’s Pizza, the venue rebranded in 2023 with a refreshed menu and modern charm that has quickly gained a loyal following.

Memento Café, a cherished spot for locals and visitors alike, offering a relaxed atmosphere with stunning ocean views, quality coffee and wholesome meals.

This is a full-time permanent position suited to a hands-on leader who is passionate about great food, excellent service, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily business operations to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships

Maintain product displays and ensure venues are clean, presentable, and compliant with safety regulations

Recruit, train, supervise, and roster all staff

Report to management on monthly and quarterly financial results and team performance

Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability

Plan and organise marketing and promotional campaigns, and report on outcomes

Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and apply cost-control measures

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service standards

What We’re Looking For:

Relevant qualifications and substantial experience in a retail or hospitality management role

Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills

High level of customer service and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
