About the Role

This is not just a coordinator role. You’ll be empowered to lead a passionate team and create a retail experience that’s both commercially successful and deeply connected to our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a high-performing front-of-shop team

Creating a service culture focused on customer satisfaction and care

Coaching and mentoring staff with a strong focus on motivation and results

Owning visual merchandising, promotions, and store presentation

Collaborating closely with pharmacists and owners on customer journey

Recognising and rewarding great performance to foster a motivated culture

Building team morale and cohesion — you are the energy on the floor
