Our client is looking for an experienced Sales, Admin, and Customer Service Representative to join their close knit, dynamic team and nail every aspect of the role. As an Experienced Customer Service & Admin Professional, you'll be the driving force behind seamless customer interactions and operational efficiency. Your expertise in customer service support and administration will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.

Responsibilities

Answering customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

Guiding customers through their orders, both online and over the phone

Greeting and assisting visitors at reception, creating a warm and polished first impression.

Processing online orders and handling any customer queries that arise during the process.

Managing returns, order notes, and follow-ups with meticulous attention to detail.

Responding to emails to keep customers informed and relationships strong.

Engaging with customers via live chat, offering timely and helpful solutions.

Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a confident communicator who knows what great service looks like, and how to deliver it. With years of customer service and admin experience behind you, you're quick to take initiative, build rapport, and solve problems with a positive attitude.

A warm, professional phone manner and a natural ability to make people feel supported.

A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to notes and follow-up actions.

A proactive, upbeat approach and the ability to build trust with customers.

Flexibility and composure in fast-paced or changing environments.

A drive for excellence and helping achieve team success
