Job Summary:
As a Customer Service team member at Static Electrics, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction while effectively coordinating and managing schedules for our team. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to optimise scheduling efficiency and maintain the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and service calls for our team members.
- Optimize schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and scheduling efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer service and scheduling as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other office applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive and customer-centric attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
Work Hours:
Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
