Are you an organised and hands-on leader with a passion for sustainable production and waste recovery? Peats Soil is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations at our Dublin Depot.

🔧 About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead a small team, manage production targets, operate plant equipment, and maintain clear communication with management across multiple depots. It also requires a balance of hands-on work and admin responsibilities.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small team to meet production, safety, and environmental goals

Operate and oversee front-end loaders and screening plant equipment

Schedule and track incoming/outgoing materials and product

Maintain accurate site, safety, and production records

Communicate with depot managers, transport teams, and external contractors

Perform basic administrative tasks including record-keeping and reporting

🛠 Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or operations role

Knowledge of waste management, organics, or recycling processes

Front-end loader operation experience required

Screening plant knowledge highly regarded

Forklift licence – an advantage

Strong communication, time management, and literacy skills

Sound admin skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and Excel, Teams meetings

Safety-first mindset with a proactive attitude
