We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail refurbishment project on the Gold Coast. This is a short-term contract, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely project delivery.

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.

Ensure compliance with WHS policies and site safety regulations.

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work-site.

Report regularly to the Project Manager on progress and any site issues.

Deliver the project to a high standard of finish on a tight schedule.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with retail or commercial fit-out/refurb projects.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

MUST HAVE QBCC Licence

Ability to start immediately and commit for the 4-week period.
