Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward multiple incoming phone calls utilising CRM.
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Follow procedures and policies.
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email or chat.
Streamline administration processes.
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
Schedule on-road technicians to attend jobs in a highly efficient scheduling system.
Maintain a tidy and organised office area.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Experience with CRM system platforms i.e Simpro, Powerdiary โRequiredโ.
What We're Looking For:
Have a Can-Do attitude with regard to phone answering and job follow-up for bookings, quotes, and collections.
Previous experience in a coordinator or trade and service industry would be valuable.
Provide financial reports.
Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
Proficient office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
A keen eye for detail.
Team player who loves a challenge.
Be confident in outbound calling i.e customer satisfaction calls.
Trade background is a bonus!
