About the role
This is a great opportunity to join our Work From Home NSW Sales Team, with Initial training taking place at our Parramatta Office for 1 week, continued by a working from home (WFH) environment.
In this sales role, you will make outbound phone calls to Accor hotel customers (where all leads are provided), giving you the opportunity to sell Accor guests our award-winning loyalty membership program. This is a unique opportunity for you to build relationships with your customers and build your own database, so that you can renew their membership each year, further adding to your bonus potential.
About you
No previous sales experience required (phone experience preferred, but not essential), we are looking for someone who is excited to embrace a fully supported Work From Home sales journey with an extensive, paid, in-house training program, plus ongoing sales training and coaching.
Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate;
- Resilience & Perseverance – you’ll need grit to be successful, with a positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to build rapport - you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and having a chat
- Drive & motivation to succeed in a sales environment for yourself and your team
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to;
- Attend in person training at our Parramatta office (a short walk from the Station), Monday the 30th of June to Friday the 4th of July, from 9am to 4.30pm.
- Comfortable using computers and able to navigate software and systems (laptop & headset provided by us)
- Work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
