With over 60 years of combined experience, we specialise in mobile trailer stage hire, audio and lighting production, AV solutions, and LED screen installations across Australia. The Role

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll ensure our gear is clean, functional, and event-ready. You’ll lead warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support our production team to deliver seamless events.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory using HirePOS

Oversee maintenance and testing of AV and staging equipment

Prepare and pack gear for events

Maintain a safe, organised warehouse

Supervise and train casual staff

Ensure OH&S compliance

Monitor warehouse costs and procurement

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years’ warehouse management experience (events/production preferred)

Intermediate knowledge of audio & lighting systems

Hands-on experience with pro audio gear (e.g. Allen & Heath, RCF, Meyer)

Proficiency in inventory software (HirePOS ideal)

Forklift licence & OH&S certifications

Physically fit and ready for hands-on work

Flexible availability during off peak season (Oct–Apr)

Bonus Points For:

HR driver’s licence

First Aid certification

Experience in outdoor/festival environments
