About the role

Working directly with the business owner, you’ll play a key role in delivering operational and administrative assistance across a variety of internal functions, with the occasional creative project. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in a small, values-driven team—where your initiative, management and contribution will be central to our success.

Your responsibilities will include:

High-level involvement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Sales administration support including CRM management, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling follow-up tasks

Client liaison, onboarding, and providing ongoing care to our clients

Supporting workshops and events, including coordination and logistics

Collaborating on process and system improvements

Maintaining internal registers and digital file management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

Personal assistant tasks such as booking travel and coordinating itineraries

This is a varied role that suits someone comfortable navigating changing priorities and responding flexibly to the evolving needs of the team and our clients.

About our business

We’re a small, privately owned coaching business, passionate about driving business excellence through strategic planning, executive coaching and leadership development. You will ideally have:

5+ Years of administration experience in a fast-paced office setting (or similar)

The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and follow-through

Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)

Confidence using a variety of digital tools and platforms, including CRM software, project management tools, calendar booking systems, AI tools, and video conferencing platforms. Experience with Canva, Squarespace and Xero is desirable but not essential.

Previous marketing and sales experience may be advantageous, but not essential

This is a permanent part-time role, approx. 18-24 hours per week, ideally split across 3 days, with flexibility and potential to grow. Salary is $35-40 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience.
