Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Services Manager to lead and expand our Home Care services at Rossmoyne Waters. This role involves managing the development and quality of Home Care services, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan and WHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, management, and quality evaluation of Home Care services.

Collaborate with senior management on strategic development and business innovation.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular reports to the CEO

Manage the professional development of Home Care employees.

Promote the Home Care Program to customers and ensure continuous growth.

Ensure compliance with government legislation and industry standards.

Lead quality improvement activities and manage WHS standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Community Care Coordination, Business Management, Applied Science (Nursing), or Bachelor of Nursing.

Minimum 3 years of management experience in Residential aged care, Community care, or Home Care sectors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic information systems.

Current National Police Check clearance and Driver’s License.
