Our client, based in Collie, is currently looking to fill a vacancy for a Training Co-Ordinator.

Reporting to the Safety and Training Manager, you will provide advice and practical support for all training, assessment and development aspects of the open-cut mining operation to meet operational needs and ensure complaince with statutory requirements and operational policy.

You will also be required to conduct and administer inductions and training courses, including e-learning; plan and schedule training courses; and co-ordinate on-site and off-site training.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

Mininimum 5 years' experience in heavy industry, mining or environment

Certificate IV Trainer Assessor

Valid WA “C” Class Driver’s License

Cert IV Leadership and Management (desirable)

Site: Collie - Drive in /Drive out daily - must live within 40k radius

Roster: Monday to Friday approximately 42 hours per week

Duration/Term: Casual contract with permanent opportunity

Rate: $50.71 flat rate per hour
