After a successful 2024, my client is gearing up for a busy mid-end of 2025 and beyond, with work secured until 2029 and beyond.

They are now hiring an experienced Construction Manager due to growth focusing on the Northside of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast for large, townhouse developments up to $100m+.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Experienced in leading teams.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Must be willing to be traveling on the road regularly to sites.
• Ideally live north side of Brisbane due to travel requirements.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $80m+
