Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the preschool room in planning and implementing educational programs that reflect the children’s interests, developmental stages, and learning goals aligned with the EYLF.

Create engaging, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments that encourage curiosity, discovery, and school readiness.

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team.

Provide guidance and support to your team through daily practices that foster high-quality care and education.

Monitor, document, and assess children’s learning and development using the EYLF and NQF frameworks.

Foster a positive team culture through collaboration, open communication, and shared reflective practice.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved qualification)

Current Working with Children Check

Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Current Child Protection Training

Food Handeling Certificate

Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to develop warm, meaningful connections with children and families
