As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart Huntley Street Early Learning is a beautifully designed centre located in the heart of Sydney's inner suburbs. Purpose-built by the City of Sydney, our centre supports up to 80 children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. We're proud to be a close-knit, community-focused service where many of our families have multiple siblings enrolled and actively participate in local initiatives.

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)
• Proficient Teacher Accreditation
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
