What You’ll Do

Work 1:1 with NDIS participants to implement and manage their plans

Build meaningful connections with participants, families, and providers

Navigate supports across allied health, personal care, and community access

Champion independence and choice through capacity-building

Keep detailed records that align with NDIS guidelines

About You

✔ You’ve worked in NDIS Support Coordination (or a similar role)
✔ You know the NDIS – its structure, its challenges, and its potential
✔ You’re a problem solver, communicator, and advocate
✔ You thrive in a flexible environment where your input shapes the service
✔ You have a Cert IV or above in Community Services, Disability, or related field (desirable)
✔ You hold a valid driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
