About the role

As a Senior Property Manager at LJ Hooker Avalon Beach, you will be leading our PM team and responsible for ensuring our portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Avalon Beach area receive the superior service and support . This is a full-time position based in our Avalon Beach office, where you will work closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure smooth and successful property management and working collaboratively with our sales team to grown and nurture our portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

Managing all aspects of the rental process, including advertising properties, conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, and handling tenant inquiries

Ensuring properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations

Negotiating and renewing tenancy agreements

Handling tenant arrears and disputes in a professional and effective manner

Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with the broader team to achieve the company's goals

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar property management role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using property management software and digital tools

Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management (desirable)
