About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team at Tuncurry Auto Spares, based in Tuncurry, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient delivery of automotive parts and accessories. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding career in the Automotive Trades industry.

What you'll be doing

Accurately interpret customer requirements and identify the appropriate parts and accessories

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's inventory and product offerings

Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection and application

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the parts department

What we're looking for

Strong background in automotive parts interpretation, with a minimum of 2 years' experience

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients

In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including their applications and compatibility

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Familiarity with parts cataloguing systems and inventory management, we use Peach and Oscar.
