Parts Interpreter / Procurement Officer

Lovick Engineering are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced Spare Parts Interpreter / Procurement Officer to work supporting our heavy diesel engine assemble area and workshop.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, looking for ways to improve processes, will be team oriented and have excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.

Job requirements and duties:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, or in a similar role in the automotive industry highly desirable
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Sourcing, quoting and ordering parts to meet our business spare parts needs
• Willing to complete other tasks as required including unpacking and packing stock, cleaning or other duties as directed.
• Computer literate including data entry to spreadsheets
• Price and quantity check orders
• Manage freight dispatch and deliveries
• Warehouse stock management
• Physically fit to be able to lift heavy items
• C Class Driver’s Licence min
• Forklift licence essential

This is a:

• Monday to Friday position with above award wage, working with an industry leading.
