The Role:

The successful candidate will become a key member of our busy dealership and be responsible for interpreting and retailing parts to our valued Guests. This will include over-the-counter retail sales and parts supply to our Service Departments.

You will be working in a team and be responsible for driving a positive work environment.

Increase Guest satisfaction using effective retention strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Accurately and efficiently interpret parts & accessories required by Guests

2. Ordering & quoting parts for Retail, trade & internal Guests

3. Building and maintaining Guest rapport, loyalty & support

4. Prioritised Receiving, checking, and inspecting parts received for damage, and unpacking of stock

5. Invoicing & delivery of orders to Guests

6. Warehousing, cleaning & a focus on safety

7. Stock control & stock ordering

8. Completing sales representative rounds to our Guests

9. Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, and organizational values.

10. Assist in all areas of the dealership and contribute to a positive team spirit.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications / Experience

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Driver’s license

Competent with computers

Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Good organisational skills.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Previous experience in dealership parts operations.

Forklift license
