Baldivis Chiropractic is looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic, family-focused practice. About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be a key part of their journey—ensuring every visit is welcoming, seamless, and positive. You will manage reception, assist with scheduling, and support the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

Work Hours:

Wednesday Afternoon shift: 1.30 PM - 6.30 PM.

Friday Morning and Afternoon shifts: 7.30 AM - 11.30 AM + 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

Saturday Morning shift: 7.30 AM - 11.30 PM.

Approximately 18-20 hours per week, including Saturday mornings.

Occasional flexibility for team events, professional development, or coverage.

There is potentially flexibility with the weekdays and the opportunity to take on more hours in the future.

What You Will Be Doing

Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, friendly attitude.

Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.

Handling patient records with confidentiality.

Supporting chiropractors during consultations as needed.

Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Responding to patient inquiries professionally.

Performing general admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
