We are a specialty coffee roastery and café committed to providing high-quality, exceptional coffee to our customers. In addition to serving freshly brewed coffee, our shop also functions as a retail space — offering a curated selection of merchandise and coffee beans roasted in-house at our own factory. We are looking for an experienced and talented manager to join our team and help us elevate both our coffee service and retail experience.

Required Skills for This Position

Lead daily operations and set high service standards.

Manage staff rosters and coordinate event staffing within budget.

Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.

Resolve customer and staff issues promptly and professionally.

Oversee cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.

Monitor stock levels and manage orders and discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain café cleanliness.

Implement new policies and train staff on updates.

Assist with hiring, training, and staff performance.

Required Experiences and Qualifications

At least 6-8 years’ experience of barista and manager in cafe industry.

Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is highly desirable to support a multicultural client base.

Competence in rostering, budgeting, and operational planning.

Experience in conflict resolution and team performance management.

Understanding of food safety standards and workplace health and safety.

High level of organisation, time management, and attention to detail.

Qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or Cookery (degree or certificate level)
