💰 Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 incl. super + bonus
🕒 Full-time | Mostly Solo Role (with some team management during busy periods)

We’re looking for a self-motivated, organised, and creative retail manager to take the reins and grow with us.

The Role
This is a key position for someone who thrives working independently. You’ll be the face of the store and the engine behind its day-to-day operations—running everything from customer service and stock control to content creation and online orders. While this is mostly a solo role, during peak times (like the festive season or special promotions) you'll also manage a small team of casual staff to ensure the store runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Manage the daily operations of the store, often solo

Provide exceptional, friendly service and build relationships with our lovely customers

Maintain a beautifully presented store through visual merchandising and styling

Oversee inventory levels, deliveries, and reordering

Create content for social media and assist with scheduling/posting

Manage and fulfil online orders via Shopify

Take responsibility for store performance and contribute to growth ideas

Lead and support a small team of casuals during busy periods

Collaborate with the business owner on goals, marketing, and promotions

What You Bring

Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar retail management role

Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to self-manage

Genuine love for retail and customer service

Strong visual merchandising skills

Confident using Shopify and basic social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)

Comfortable working mostly solo, with a positive and reliable attitude

Experience managing staff, even in small teams, is highly regarded

Interest in fashion, homewares or lifestyle retail is a plus
