We’re partnering with a leading insurance underwriter that’s growing fast and looking for an experienced Claims Consultant to jump in and support the team through a busy period. If you're a claims professional experienced in personal injsury, accident & health or Worker's Compensation who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-performing environment and you're ready to start immediately – we want to hear from you!

The role:

• Manage end-to-end claims from lodgement through to settlement
• Assess and process claims across personal injury, accident & sickness (or similar)
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing clear and empathetic support
• Negotiate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Work to internal procedures and compliance standards

We’re looking for:

• Immediate availability and ability to hit the ground running
• Experience in personal injury, accident & health (A+H), or workers compensation
• Strong E2E claims assessment skills in general insurance
• Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure
• This role is open to experienced claims consutants here on Working Holiday Visas too!
