We’re partnering with a large, well-established organisation seeking 20 temporary team members to join a fast-paced, process-driven project in the insurance sector.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with admin or call centre experience to gain valuable experience in a corporate setting.
The Role You’ll be supporting a claims team with general admin and customer service tasks. No prior claims experience required – training will be provided!
Duties include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Reviewing documents and processing basic claims
- Invoice and remittance processing
- File noting and data entry
- Following checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance
Details
- Start Date: 30 June 2025
- End Date: 5 September 2025
- Pay: $35/hour + super
- Location: Parramatta or Newcastle – hybrid (office attendance every Wednesday; 3 days in-office during first week for training)
What We're Looking For
- Previous admin or customer service/call centre experience
- Confident communicators and fast learners
- Able to follow processes and work through task lists efficiently
- Available for the full contract term
