Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of up to 100 property claims end-to-end
• Handle and redirect incoming calls and emails, ensuring smooth communication workflows
• Process claims accurately, applying relevant codes and incident numbers
• Provide outstanding customer service through timely, professional communication
• Support the wider insurance team with administrative tasks to ensure timely claim resolution

About You:

• Experience in managing end-to-end property claims
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation
• Ability to work across multiple systems and manage competing priorities
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Working Holiday Visas welcome
• Availability to commence work immediately
