About the Role
You’ll be supporting the day-to-day operations of a successful mortgage broking office, helping our brokers deliver a seamless finance experience for clients. This includes:

Liaising with clients, lenders, real estate and settlement agents

Preparing documents in ApplyOnline and supporting loan application processing

Collecting and managing client documentation with accuracy

Providing general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in finance, banking or administrative roles

Honest, reliable, and self-motivated

Strong attention to detail and time management

Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude

Confident working independently and within a small, supportive team
