$60,000 + super + company car and fuel card as we grow
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm – no weekends or late shifts
Work-from-home flexibility – 2–3 days per week once trained

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Office Coordinator to be the key, central point of our operations. You'll be handling daily operations of our business, working closely with our plumbers, clients, and suppliers. You'll also play a key and active role in our software development, streamlining our systems and workflows, creating SOP's enabling the growth of the business.
Working closely the Director, you'll be playing a key role as the hub in our wheel of operation ensuring standards are kept and relationships are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
Scheduling plumbing jobs and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members
Liaising with tenants, landlords, property managers, and general public
Managing jobs, records, invoicing, and data entry
Streamlining, initiating and implementing new SOP's in our software & operation
Social media content, marketing and advertising
Supporting the business owner with general office duties
What We’re Looking For:
Current full driving licence
Real estate licence covering property management
Experience in property management and administrative roles
Confident with computers and cloud-based software (Xero, Service m8 etc. is a bonus)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Able to work independently
Keen to be part of a long-term journey with a growing company
