About the role

This full-time Property Inspections Officer role at Century 21 SouthCoast' in Aldinga Beach, SA offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading real estate company. As the Property Inspections Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's residential rental properties. This role will require you to work both in and out of the office, Monday to Friday. You must have a current drivers license and we will provide company telephone and company vehicle or car allowance.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough property inspections at the start and end of tenancies, as well as routine inspections during tenancies

Preparing detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence, to document the condition of properties

Identifying any maintenance or repair needs and communicating these to landlords and property managers

Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs

Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and adhere to relevant legislation and regulations

Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar property inspections or property management role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough property inspections

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Familiarity with relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations

Proficient in using property management software and technology

A valid driver's licence

A reliable and energetic individual who enjoys working in a supportive team.
