We're searching for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our high-performing kitchen brigade. If you thrive under pressure, have a sharp eye for detail, and love delivering mouth-watering dishes, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Assist with menu development and specials
Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation
Lead, train and motivate a small kitchen team
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
Strong grill and steakhouse experience preferred
A hands-on leader with great communication skills
Passion for quality produce and seasonal menus
Available to work nights and weekends
