Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced, passionate Chef to join our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in restaurant, with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare high-quality meals in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and customer preferences

Coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service

Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation standards to maintain consistency

Maintain inventory and order food and kitchen supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP)

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure all team members follow standard procedures

Solid understanding of food cost and production processes, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality customer experience
