🔌 About the Role

You’ll be hands-on with:

Control panel wiring – point-to-point, tidy, and efficient

Limited apprentice supervision – share your skills and lead the way as part of a team.

On-site installations and commissioning – variety guaranteed!

We’re looking for someone with:

At least 1–2+ years of hands-on panel/switchboard building experience

Confidence with power and hand tools

A trade qualification – essential!

Our ideal Candidate:

Must be a people person with a good attitude.

Have organization skills and ability to start and stop multiple tasks.

Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Be highly motivated.

Must currently reside within the greater Melbourne area.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Safety conscious.

Keen to learn and interested in problem solving.
